Pride of Ownership and it Grows

The Central Illinois Homes Guide was created by the Peoria Area Association of Realtors over 2 decades ago. Thanks to our advertisers continued support and the care that goes into creating every page, the CIHG has grown into the Tri-County Areas largest printed real estate guide. By popular demand, the same marketing success was being requested for specialty markets. So was born Pekin Homes. Which was shortly followed by the Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Guide. These sibling magazines are now several years old and show promising signs of following in their big sisters footsteps. The CIHG family looks forward to welcoming whatever the future of real estate sends our way!
